When will my delivery arrive at my home?
You can find the delivery time for each product on the product page. To protect the environment and avoid extra shipments, we combine all items (if possible) in one shipment. The item with the longest delivery time can therefore be decisive for the complete delivery.
In exceptional cases, e.g. during busy periods (Christmas sales) or if an item is no longer in stock, this may vary. In any case, we will inform you about the status of your order by e-mail!
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Once we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you have provided.
I have not received an order confirmation. What can I do?

Is the return shipment of the ordered goods free of charge or is there a minimum order value?
From €59.00 shopping cart value (excluding returns), we offer free shipping within Germany. For a lower shopping cart value, the standard shipping costs are €5.90 - these increase with the weight of the delivery. You can find the delivery costs for international deliveries under Shipping & payment terms. The customer bears the return costs.

Within Germany, Europe and the rest of the world with our shipping service provider DHL.

Returns, what do I have to consider?
If you want to register a return, the easiest way to do this is via our returns portal.
- You can call up your order with your order number and email or zip code
- Please enter the reason for return, quantity and return option for all products you wish to return.
- You have the option to write a comment and/or upload photos.
- Check your customer details
- Choose your shipping option. You can receive a DHL return shipping label from us. You will be charged for this. Alternatively, you can send the parcel back to us using a shipping service provider of your choice. Important: The customer bears the costs of the return shipment. Exceptions are incorrect deliveries and defective deliveries or goods. In the event of an exchange, we will pay for the shipping of new goods.
Alternatively, you can make your return without using the returns portal:
- Enter the items you wish to return in the returns form. Please fill in all fields so that we can process your return as quickly as possible and there are no misunderstandings. The customer bears the costs for the return shipment.
- Place the items with the returns form in the parcel and pack it carefully.

We finish most of our products on demand in our production facility in Cologne. This means that we print and/or embroider the products you have purchased when you have bought them. In this case, the delivery time is naturally longer than for items that we have ready-made in stock.

We are happy to offer this service for people who have to deal with restrictions in their everyday lives. In order to save our capacity for this, we ask that you generally use our online service.
Do you also have a branch or store where I can shop?
We currently only sell our products online. At most events at the Bootshaus Köln-Deutz, you can also buy selected products on site at our merchandise stand. This is located outside on the main floor.
